Steve Zingali a resident of Orange County district created, for his own entertainment, a 3 foot reinforced foam UFO with a tiny electric motor and some flash lights that appear to rotate. The aircraft can fly up to 40 Mph and the guy is going to sell it for a $1,000.00. I'd say he's gonna make some cash... :)
